I have been a hypnotherapist since 2006 and am both Accredited (over 5 years of practise and over 500 client hours) by the NCH and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). The Department of Health recommends you choose a hypnotherapist registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
As Executive Director for the National Council for Hypnotherapy I work closely with other hypnotherapists across the UK to develop and grow the profession. Ongoing training is part of my requirement and I am up to date in the latest evidence based approaches to hypnotherapy.
I love what I do, and it’s a real privilege to work with people and help them turn their lives around.
I specialise in hypnosis for IBS, phobias, smoking and birth although I have great success with all areas related to hypnosis. The majority of my clients are through word of mouth, and have come to see me in Grantham or Nottingham because they know of a friend or a colleague that has had benefited enormously from hypnotherapy.
I have two private consulting rooms in West Bridgford, Nottingham and Grantham where I see people from the surrounding areas of Stamford, Sleaford, Newark, Melton and Oakham.
